Begin focus on boulevards that are near possible bike routes

I think enhancement of all the boulevards is an excellent initiative to revitalize the history and integrity of Omaha. Seeing as these boulevards are east, focus attention on ones that will "bridge the gap" of routes going towards popular city biking routes (i.e. downtown (from the north, Hummel, Carter Lake loop, Bob Kerrey bridge (then Wabash connection), etc.
