Reconnect Lincoln Blvd with Turner Blvd via N 28th Plaza as part of a future reconfiguration and redevelopment of the Creighton Med Center parking lots and the massive waste of space that is the mound of dirt left from the never built freeway connection along Davenport's alignment.

NDOR should have vacated that area when it recently redid the interchange, but it could still be done at not too great a cost since it just means grading and shifting the at grade on-ramp and off-ramp for the Dodge Street exit.

Park Avenue could also then extend into this new redevelopment site.
