I love the fact that we have an application just for Omaha, but the functionality on this app is very limited. I had it for about a week, and then uninstalled it because the weather status never changed, even when there was inclement weather going on. Alot of the links just lead you to mobile versions of websites, instead of being inherent to the app itself. They are small and hard to read. I think it would be good to add some features that tell you (health-wise) how to protect yourself during a snow storm or extreme cold. This app is a great first step, but don't stop there Omaha!
