Let's be honest. These are the things people seek to do when they go to other area's parks and lakes. Also, making sure the restrooms are open and functioning and that there are conveniently located and consistently emptied trash cans. Cut the weeds, trim the trees and make it look like folks are welcome. Limit cop activity in the parks also. Having shootouts with teenagers smoking pot isn't going to promote park usage by anybody.
