Promote within the ranks... Outside forces in command is like a TROJAN HORSE in the ranks...Omaha is a family community and is where this new Police Chief should come from; take care of our own...Then to I'm a paranoid schizophrenic (residual) type!!! WHAT DO I KNOW???
