This forum is mostly about services provided by the library to its users. However, I would like to know how I can help improve the system of the library. For example, should I bring my library card with me instead of my ID; should I drop off my books inside the library if open versus in the outside bin; should I be encouraged to donate money; and can I volunteer to help the programs the library offers? These are some materials that the library can ask its users to improve on or assist in to help the library staff and better the library services.
