Our park has been renovated by the city and the equipment has stood up to all that our kids and the many visitors can dish out. The rubberized flooring is great, with just one drawback - it is easily broken apart at the corners. Don't know if it can be repaired, as we have only had it for about 5 years and no repairs have been made yet. The play equipment can be cleaned, i.e. graffiti removed fairly easy with a little elbow grease and Mr Clean erasers.
