Lincoln Boulevard: Suggest 15-20 mph speed limit in Bemis Park. I get confused when Lincoln Boulevard goes through Mercer Park to Mercer Boulevard. It is two way traffic on single lane road. Mercer Park Road’s access to Cuming St adds more confusion that intersection with Lincoln Boulevard. An opportunity may come from the Transportation Master Plan’s suggestion to reduce Cuming St from a 6 lane road. Maybe the single lane Lincoln Boulevard can be widened to two lanes with no access to Cuming St for Mercer Park Road?
