Expand the B-cycle system

The Denver bike share system is featured in a textbook.

The more stations we have for the B-cycle bike share program, the more it will be used. Visitors especially want bikes to make it easy to get around to the points of interest. Hotels could offer discounts for the B-cycles for their customers.
