Are you involved in your company’s wellness program? If so, what motivated you to get involved? If not, what would motivate you to get involved.

The City of Omaha is working to create a wellness program for City Employees. Wellness programs have been shown to reduce health insurance costs, which would in turn save taxpayer money as healthcare is one of the largest costs to the City.
