No "wellness" program.

The city should just take care of the things it has monopoly control of. Roads, infrastructure, parks, etc. are what the city should involve themselves with. And it's not as if they have this all handled, by any means. I have had enough nanny-state platitudes and frankly think the city has real work to do.
